The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. The location was great, situated near key attractions and activities. The friendly staff added to the positive experience of my stay. The hotel facilities were well-maintained with a comfortable bed and TV.

My stay was during Christmas and there were hidden charges for festivities without prior information. The air conditioning was not cool enough and the room was cramped for three people.

The hotel is conveniently located near Padang Brown food court and tourist locations, making it easy to explore this city. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect and the hotel facilities are modern and well-kept. the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it is close to the famous Padang Brown food court which is just across the road. It was also convenient as there were plenty of nearby places to visit and the city centre was not far away. the modern and clean room was impressive, especially the huge toilet.

The noise from outside was unbearable and continued throughout the night. It was as if we were sleeping by a busy highway.

We had a romantic escape and we really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. We also liked the fact that the hotel was located near a famous food court, making it convenient to grab a quick bite before heading out.

Our non-family room had no window, making it feel cramped and stuffy. the lack of a proper closet was inconvenient, as we had to use a chair to hang our clothes.

The room wasnice and neat. Staff were accommodating and flexible for late checkout. Security guard was helpful and polite. Great location. Beautiful interior design. Neat and organized room. Superb cleanliness.

I arrived late at night and there was no receptionist available, but the security guard was helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is perfect and the interior design is beautiful and clean. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Penang.
